REFLEXOLOGY
Having been a Clinical Reflexologist (Level 5 Mastership in Reflexology) for over a decade, I welcome clients old and new for regular treatments. Clinical Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy focusing on the hands or feet that works alongside conventional medical care. It helps to re-balance your body to achieve healing and well being in a relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic way.
Clinical reflexology works on the principle that different areas of the feet, hands and face correspond to all the different areas of the body, including the internal organs and glands. It aims to bring balance to the whole body and mind.
Each session is based on the individual needs of the client. Everyone is different and our bodies may respond more quickly to some treatments rather than others. You may feel an improvement after one treatment, however it may be advisable to follow a course of treatments followed up with monthly maintenance visits. This all depends on an individual’s health and requirements.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
The lymphatic system is a vital part of our immune system, it helps prevent fluid buildup in cells, eliminate toxins and fight infections. It is key to our good health but this system can ignored.
Reflexology lymph drainage (RLD) can help to stimulate the lymphatic system to make it work more efficiently, so you’ll feel energised. It is a (multi award winning) technique originally developed to help reduce lymphedema swelling following breast cancer treatment however it has also been known to help alleviate symptoms of autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
Is your lymphatic system is backed up.
Signs can include bloating, lethargy, headaches, aching joints & muscles, inflammation or fluid retention.

Many clients find RLD to also be helpful for:
*Rheumatoid Arthritis
*Pregnancy related oedema
*Eczema
*Chronic fatigue / long covid /ME
*Post surgery recovery
*Allergies - hayfever
*Sinus Issues
*Fibromyalgia
*PMS
*Migraines and Headaches

It is a popular treatment, the results are fantastic, Aromatherapy can be added for additional deep relaxation and to also help support your release of excess fluid.

PLANTAR FASCIITIS
For many years Helen has worked with clients who are experiencing plantar fasciitis.
She created her own treatment for this issue by blending massage, reflexology and aromatherapy.
Clients are have reported back with great results.
Plantar fasciitis is a common foot condition that involves inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot, connecting your heel bone to your toes. It's often characterised by a sharp, stabbing pain in the heel, especially noticeable with the first steps in the morning or after periods of rest.
Causes can include overuse, improper footwear, muscular issues or issues like flat feet.
